All ProTERM owners who have mailed in (and from whom we have received) ProTERM Warranty/Registration cards for ProTERM version 2.2 or higher are already registered and need only include their serial number to qualify for update pricing. If you are unsure whether or not you are registered, call and inquire at 602/992-5515 or include "proof of purchase" as explained below.

Owners of ProTERM version 2.2 or higher who have NOT registered, but still have their ProTERM Warranty/Registration card, can include it with this order. Owners of ProTERM version 2.2 or higher who have lost their registration card must demonstrate "proof of purchase" by including a photocopy showing both disks showing the serial numbers of their original (previously unregistered) serialized ProTERM disks.

After updating from ProTERM A2 to ProTERM Mac, you are free to continue using both versions, and are still eligable for any future updates (for either version). However, the two packages are indivisible with respect to ownership. That is, you cannot update to ProTERM Mac and then sell/give your ProTERM A2 (unless you also sell/give your ProTERM Mac to the same party).
